Joe has an infestation at his house. Bunnies, dogs and bees. Or wasps. Or bees. Probably bees.

So, to get away from these infestations, he and Cory!! went on a geek day of hitting a bunch of comics shops in the Twin Cities! They also discuss if the TSA is confiscating people’s comic books and other Sandy Eggo news.

Joe and Cory!! discuss their Dream Teams on comics! Dream teams are teams that we’d LOVE to see, even if they don’t get along, wouldn’t work for the company or get a comic out every month. These are DREAMS. Like when that hot brunette gives you her phone number instead of telling you she’d rather be hit by a truck than get coffee with you.

They start with Marvel and go over who they would like to see take over the following books:

Joe has heat with Cory!! for sleeping through their normal recording time, so he forces Cory!! to confess as to why he was unable to record. Joe is ALSO hot because he was all set to talk about Previews. He went through, marked the things he wants, and everything having to do with the comics coming out in a couple of months.

We start off this episode catching up on news of Joan Lee, Paul McCartney, and the news about Mile High Comics not going to San Diego Comic Con

Cory!!, is not impressed with Mile High’s way of handling it, which is ironic with him being retired from comic conventions. Don’t you think? They also discuss what to sell at Conventions in the modern market, how back issue sales have changed and Joe selling Action Comics #1 repints.

But, about a half hour in, they FINALLY start talking about the theme of the episode, the Defenders! They talk about the history of the series at Marvel and their personal histories with the different iterations of the series. They also talk about:

• Should racism from old comics and cartoons be kept intact?
• Joe talks about masturbating 2000 years ago
• Cory!! got a box for Hot Comics St Paul during the show
• How the Avengers/Defenders War came about
• They discuss some of their favorite Defender’s stories in the original run from the 70’s

Kray Z Comics and stories is hitting the road! Joe and Cory!! get together with Dan Mohr and his lovely bride Jules Mohr at the Patty Wagon in Richfield MN. Don’t go there thinking you’ll see them, as they recorded this last week. They talk about Dan’s upcoming appearance at CONvergence July 6^th through the 9^th at the Doubletree Hotel in Bloomington, MN.
